When I called to make the appointment, shampooing and two drinks were included for my 13-year-old son’s visit. When we arrived, we were immediately seated with the next available stylist. Depending on the cut, you may be charged an additional $10. After that, a second family entered, and they were offered drinks and drinks for their children. When I checked in, the front desk representative only gave me one drink and made no offer to my son. My son’s hair was also not shampooed by the stylist. This was our first time there. I honestly felt like a burden while I was there, and the stylist wasn’t the friendliest, but I still left a tip for the service. Overall, I’m more disappointed because I hyped up my son before arriving at the salon about the A1 treatment he’d receive based on the phone call with the receptionist, and for $29, it’s exactly what I expected. But once there, I was treated very differently. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Two stars for the speedy service.

The Tune Up in Sienna is by far the best place to get a hair cut, enjoy a drink, and watch a game…def a place you don’t mind having to wait a few mins before your cut- especially Ms Helena is working that day. She’s so kind and happy it’s infectious! Highly recommend!
