Been going here since it opened. I found Casey, and she was great. Now unless I stock money up ahead of time, VIP, I can’t make appointment online or call in. I drive from Montgomery to get Casey to cut my hair. They said she would be available at a certain time. I get there, and I am suppose to wait on a 45 min pedicure. NOT. Never going back, sorry Casey. I do appreciate her attention to detail.

My sons hair looks pretty rough. Super short, choppy…, we normally go to the one in tomball and we pay 60 dollars before the tip for 3 cuts and it normally comes out nice… we paid 80 dollars before the tip here and…, well let’s just say I felt like crying after seeing my youngest hair… we will never be back to this location again. Owners need to be aware of staff leaving for “breaks” during peak hours…especially with the small amount of staff they have. Will not be returning for this reason. Not sure who manages while owners are gone, but needs training on scheduling.

The experience was good. However, the haircut was the worst I’ve had in my life. The barbers name was something like Roshelle, an African American lady. Started off by saying that I just want half an inch off the top, where she proceeded to grab her clippers and take off over 4 inches instead. Did not use scissors once, and also for some reason decided to try and shape my beard up, completely ruining that too. Be careful of her, she has no idea how to cut hair. Your 10 year old has a better chance at giving you a good haircut than her.
