I’ve never had issues with them except for today. Everyone was awesome besides the lady that cut my hair. I’m not trying to leave a bad review to be mean or anything but she seemed to be in a really bad mood. My hair the way I asked her to cut it feel really weird and doesn’t look right. It’s my fault for not saying something but she seemed to be having a bad day or like she didn’t want to be there. When she washed my hair she used freezing cold water except in the end. Then after washing it she took a couple of seconds to just like wipe the water around with the towel and then sent me on my way. No styling or anything, and she didn’t even let me ask her too, she just asked what I usually did, I told her comb it back, then she took me up front and I payed. I’ve always had good experiences here and my hair has always looked awesome afterwards but this time I don’t like it and I couldn’t tell I didn’t like it because when I walked out of the store it was soaking wet. I’m sorry if this makes her day bad, I really don’t want that, but I have a interview on Wednesday day and my hair has to look neat. Thank you. These photos are about an hour after the haircut.

The staff was very courteous and well trained. I went in requesting what I thought may be a difficult haircut and the staff not only did it with ease but made it look exactly like I wanted it and made sure that it was to my liking. Very friendly and fast. I will definitely be going back. This place is phenomenal and caters to your every need.

I have been a member of the VIP club since the doors opened. All of the ladies have taken car of me in the hillside establishment. I can not ever see myself going to any other place to get me haircut. The facility is always clean the stylist are always friendly. Wether you are just hoping in for a quick cut, or staying awhile for multiple services. Tune up is like home.

Great place with good atmosphere. They are on the pricier side compared to most barbershop but thats probably cause the free beer, the money has to come from somehwere. The stylist was great and listened very well to what I wanted for my beard and hair cut. Only real complaint would be you have to tell them all the services you want immediately when scheduling an appointment, as a first time customer I did not know that and only scheduled a haircut, however the stylist was able to move some stuff around and did the beard trim as well. Definitely recommend this place overall, I will return.
