Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got three at around 18:10 with the understanding that I would have to wait for a haircut. I asked for a specific barber and was told that there was three cuts in front of me. Two hours later and 6 different people have come and gone from her chair let alone the 25 others that have come and gone from other barbers. I walked out because she asked a guy, that was 1 day into his shave kind of bald, if he was ready and she told him to sit down! This place has been awesome and I’ve always tipped $20 every time ive gone but the complete lack of management and customer service is ridiculous!
