Terrible service. Booked appointment for my kids. Show up 10 minutes before the appointment to find out they only have 1 person working and our appointment will be 45 minutes to an hour late. What good is it to allow customers to make appointments if you know you can’t keep them or honor the time. Go elsewhere where they respect your time.

First time customer here. They were at least a hour behind in appointments. I walked to the counter to inquire where I was in the line. Their phone line rang and she took the call. After the call, she looks at me then goes on the computer to checkout a customer that finished. I am standing there. I had enough. I walked out and deleted my account.

Went in with my son for his hair cut, and a beard trim plus head shave. My head was only buzzed and not shaved. Then on my beard they applied nothing, just dry combed it and trimmed with some scissors and a shaver. I look almost the same as when I went in. I still have random hairs that are sticking out a few inches longer than the rest. My sons haircut was pretty good so that was nice. Then they charged $58 for the both of us. This was the first time I used a salon and I’m quite disappointed in what I got vs what I spent. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is nice with the free drinks and arcade machine while you wait but I don’t think I’ll be going to another one again.
