Took my son for a haircut, and won’t be returning. Stylist did not listen to what he asked to have done.She cut his side burns unevenly, didn’t clean up his edges, and he walked away covered in hair. She didn’t even take a minute to dust the hair off. We will find a fferent salon before getting cut here ever again. He had better experiences with the 5$ hair cut places to be honest.

Out of Towner who wanted a nice cut. Called in to set an appointment, asked if they could cut a nice fade. Came in, made sure again if they could do a Mid fade just to verify. Got a complimentary drink that came with it. In my opinion, to ease the mind. Got sat down, asked me what I was getting cut. Again asked for the MID FADE, pointed side and little bit off the top. She passed a two to the sides and trimmed it up a little. Three minutes later… “your all done”. They’re charging me $35 for a 3 minute haircut. You’ve got be kidding me. She said is was a miscommunication detail what I told her. Everyone knows what a FADE is. Especially a barber. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to not say anything and let her finish the cut. All said and done, my whole right side wasn’t even blended correctly. Pointed it out, “fixed” I didn’t even want to check the back. No razor, no towel, no alcohol, no nothing . I’ve paid $20 cuts that had better knowledge. Probably thought I was an easily manipulated kid. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience deserves one.

Wouldn’t trust any other place with my haircut. Stacie has taken care of me for over a year she’s always so kind, welcoming, and professional. The team is all very friendly and always accommodating. Definitely try and call ahead to book appointments though because they stay busy here but make sure to ask for Stacie she’s the best!

***,,UPDATE****, Well, it was nice while it lasted. Called last week and was told Julia was no longer there. (4th stylist Ive had in 18 months) so i set an appointment with Amanda for the next day at 12:40. I show up at 12.25 and was greated with ” Im sorry, i forgot to call you, Amanda called in sick, there is no one here to cut your hair, can i schedule ANOTHER apoimtment for you?” “No, im leaving town in the morning, can anyone else take care of me?”. “No” was the answer. I walked out angry. Went across the street, walked in, sat down, explained to the lady what i needed and was out in 20 minutes with a hair cut and beard trim for $26 for the service and tipped $10. So much for Tune Up.

Positive: Quality, Value*Update* staffing changes some have left and some have come so decided to update this: Been a long time customer, have had the VIP monthly package and still continue to go after a good barber I liked left this place years ago. Now I may add Vu Tran has been recently my to go barber, as he leveled up my experience with getting haircut and beard trim. He is Always has a good vibe, energy and love the razor blade clean up on beard and edge up!
