Her knowledge of body mechanics helps her tune in to your specific needs. She encourages communication to better her ability to help you specifically. She has the desire to help you be the best version of you, you can be. But best of all, she’s a genuinely nice person. Can’t say enough good things. I’ve been seeing her for around 3 years and she’s helped me walk without wearing a permanent boot that 2 Doctors, 2 PT’s, a orthopedic specialist all said I’d never be able to walk without. I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent service and results I have experienced. I had never had myofacscial release done before and it made an immediate and noticeable improvement in my posture, reduction of pain and improved overall mobility. I’ve only had two sessions and intend to go as often as possible to continue to improve and to maintain the improvements. Sausha explains everything clearly and shows you diagrams that help you understand the process. She is very professional and does not hurry the procedure.
