Tulsa Threading

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m in shock from the service I just received from Tulsa.My daughter and I waited for an hour. We have been regular, loyal, tipping customers for 3 years. I always get eyebrows, upper lip, and chin services. I waited patiently and once in Tulsa’s chair she began my eyebrows and then informed me she would not be able to do my lip and chin because everyone waiting was for her and she tried to pawn me off on her other workers. First, she should have told me she couldn’t service me completely upfront!!! My daughter and I have tried the others and they are not good at all except one named Raj who has been gone for 2 years now.I told Tulsa I did not want anyone else finishing my services and I waited patiently and the other customers time is no more valuable than mine.I waited and I was there first!!!Tulsa began to be somewhat argumentative stating her girls are “perfect” and I won’t find another Threading place as good as hers. If the other girls were perfect the customers would be asking for them and not you!!!You just lost two good, loyal, tipping customers, and we will NEVER be back!!!Tulsa you need to learn what fair, good, customer service is.Thankfully, there are other good Threading places in the area.I’m in shock from the service I just received from Tulsa.My daughter and I waited for an hour. I’m in shock from the service I just received from Tulsa.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for about a year now. Today was the first experience that I have had where I am hesitant to come back. The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely rough on my skin and got frustrated with me when I needed a tissue and to take a second because my skin is very sensitive. Not to mention I could feel her cutting into my skin with the thread. Never once have my eyebrows been threaded so thin. I have been spending a long time trying to grow them out and she undid all of that. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and extremely upset doesn’t do justice. She got rude with me as soon as I said they were too thin. I let Tulsa know how upset I was. She said she looked at my eyebrows and they needed to be done that way. Not once in all the times have I been coming there when she’s looked at my eyebrows has she recommended going that thin. She offered to take care of them herself but now that trust is gone. I have been coming here for about a year now. Today was the first experience that I have had where I am hesitant to come back. The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely rough on my skin and got frustrated with me when I needed a tissue and to take a second because my skin is very sensitive. Not to mention I could feel her cutting into my skin with the thread. Never once have my eyebrows been threaded so thin. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for brow threading , it came out ok but she was rough. She then suggested I do brow tinting . I don’t know the process , she was applying something on them first asking which color I preferred and I said medium brown just for her to say she was already applying black ! I also did lash lift . She ended up pulling some of my lashes out and didn’t fully remove the glue. My eyes kept gluing shut ! Lol and ultimately my lashes did not lift. Within an hour , they were back to normal. I don’t know the process , she was applying something on them first asking which color I preferred and I said medium brown just for her to say she was already applying black ! I also did lash lift .
