Terrible experience here. Its no wonder this place was completely unoccupied. The pictures used on Goggle are (years) VERY old not current at all. Me and my son went in to inquire today about hair services. The lady told him “This is a beauty parlor which means women only” Maybe in your country lady or culture but not in the United States and I would suggest that she go look up the definition of beauty parlor or come up with a better line. Very unprofessional and discriminatory!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked an appointment online with this salon to get my hair cut and colored for my 39th Birthday..I also paid a deposit for both services just to pull up to the location at 1pm today and to my suprise the salon was NOT open at all..Windows were boarded up and it looked like a construction site..I called the nbr on a banner in the front just to be told we’ve been out of business since January and they weren’t aware of a scheduled appt for today and they will just have to refund my deposit when they get a chance as she was currently “busy”..What kind of person does not disclose that you aren’t in business on your business website not to mention why are ppl even able to book an appt at all?!
