Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOkay so I finally went to get my nails done on my day off. My regular nail salon was not open so I came here with my mom. I went in so excited and left upset. I spent so much money here for sloppy nails. I had showed a picture for reference of what I wanted, it wasn’t too crazy. Each nail was a different color and two of them had a very simple line design. Price was never an issue since I figured having several different colors would cost more. The lady kept telling me to pick a color, I said I wanted all of the colors like on the picture and was essentially told no. I gave up and chose one. I asked for acrylic overlay since my nails were already on the long side, I didn’t really want tips but the lady kept telling me “tips”. Whatever. Now To be fair the actual polish doesn’t look too bad but it’s not at all what I wanted. But anyway, I just wanted to get out of there and go home at this point. So she instantly started glueing these tips to my long nails without trimming them or even filing them so they’d be even. So I literally have my long nails poking out from under the acrylics, one my nails grows downward, so it’s like not even attached to the tip. There is powder stuck in the polish and polish all under the nails. I’ve washed my hands so many times and can’t get it off. I’m just really disappointed because it looks so sloppy and I’ve never had a set done like this before. I felt uncomfortable trying to explain anything to her because she laughed at me when I did. My pedicure and eyebrow tinting were great but I will never come back here. For $135 I really expected to be in love with my nails, but instead I feel stupid for coming here. Okay so I finally went to get my nails done on my day off. My regular nail salon was not open so I came here with my mom. I went in so excited and left upset.
