Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My nail tech cut the corner of my nails so much that I’m scared I’m going to get terrible ingrowns. My big toe is sore. Fingers crossed I don’t get an infected ingrown toenail!! Pedicure

I completely understand the world is short-staffed and try to be patient. Waited over an hour before I even got in a chair when they made it seem like there was no wait. Someone who walked in after me got taken care of before me even though we were getting the same thing done. Was there over two hours for just a basic pedicure. Will be going back to the place across the street.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I never went to this place! I went to them on Wednesday as a last minute decision, by 6 Wednesday evening my Gel Polish was peeling off!!! I called and notified her and she says (oh yes, it’s not dried) How soon can you be back?… I respond, not tonight because I needed to start cooking my Thanksgiving Dinner… she said can you come back Friday? Yes, I said. She than says, not Friday morning, come at night… I did not return because while cooking Wednesday night my fingers we’re burning badly and I realized I had a deep cut on my left hand thumb nail, than the skin on the ends of my nails started feeling sore because she sat the acrylic too wide. So my daughter went in for a fill in & repair. They didn’t even take off the old polish before doing the repair & then instead of the fill in they just painted over the nails & left the design on just one hand from the where her nails were done previously.

Me and my step daughter stopped here to get a pedicure, and we ended up getting a full set as well. The guy who did my nails kept grabbing my fingers to position them how he wanted them. On top of that he put a very thin coat of acrylic on my nails. My nails were painted white and by the time I got to my family member home my nails were turning brown already. So I finally told her that really hurts… so she dropped everything and said she’s not doing my nails… and she turned her light her way and started filing her own nails being a smart ass… my advice don’t waste your money… my nails look terrible.. I moved to Nashville/Hermitage over a year ago! I was on the hunt for a nice nail salon for months! I had been to 4 already but didn’t like them! My final stop was Tulip Nails. Without a doubt this is the best salon by far, I’ve been going to this salon for 8 months now. Lynn always takes good care of clients, as well as the other workers. The atmosphere is relaxing, you are offered something to drink, everyone takes their time with servicing you. Time and time I notice that people come in when THEY have to be somewhere and want to rush the nail techs. With any kind place, you have to wait your turn. If you’ve got somewhere to be and you are rushing, don’t come. Come when you have time, you won’t regret it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My nails can last, if necessary, up to 3 1/2 weeks without a fill and I still get compliments on them. I usually don’t like pedicures, but, I think the ones I’ve gotten there are heaven on earth. My nails have found their home sweet home. ❤️

I went on 2/19/20 to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady did my manicure and cut too much cuticle and my finger was still bleeding yesterday. (Not much but a drop or 2) The gel polish its already bad. Which is crazy because the ones I had before were perfect for weeks (in another place not Tulip Nails) I wouldn’t post a review only for one experience because mistakes happen all the time but this is my fourth time at Tulip Nails and its always a bad experience for me.
