My first trip to this establishment. I have been on a mission to find a new shop to get my nails done. since the last place I went to on a regular basis completely lost my business.These two ladies were great, they both made me feel welcome in their shop, they talked to me like I was a regular customer even though it was my first visit. You absolutely have to have an appointment, which I don’t mind at all. My nails look amazing. I think I my have found a new nail salon home!!

I love this place. They are appointment only but that means you never feel rushed because your appointment is yours. My nails are gorgeous And I always have a great time when I’m there. You may have to be patient about getting your first appointment but it’s definitely worth it.

I’m not going to say that this was the worst experience I had, but it wasn’t the best. They seem to cater to their regulars just great, but if you’ve never been there before, don’t expect to feel nice and comfortable. I will give Mary credit though, she was nice. She wasn’t the same as the owner, I think her name was Tee. I know they are strict with their appointments, but I was early for my appointment but didn’t get started until a half hour later. The girl in front of me came late, so her appointment ran over. My pedicure was great, my manicure, I can’t say the same. I went with a gel, and it was not applied evenly. I can see bumps on the surface of my nails. She didn’t ask about shaping them and she squared them all. I do not like squared nails. They are my natural nail and I wanted to keep a natural look. I had all same color except for one nail on each finger and they charged me an extra $10 for that! The price was ridiculous… $57 for a mani/pedi??? I won’t be back there. If my nails came out better maybe I would give it another shot, but she didn’t even cover all of my nails completely and you can see my nail on the inside of the finger. Terrible manicure.

I searched for the best salon in Thomasville and this place came up with the best reviews. I checked out all the pictures on google and Facebook and THOUGHT Okay! They must do great work here. I made an appointment with a man and when I arrived he was rude, unprofessional and it was an unpleasant and unfriendly environment. He started on my nails. I requested gel powder. He didn’t get past 3 fingers before I got up and walked out. The work was hideous and so was the whole experience ALSO don’t be fooled all the work posted online is that of “Tee” the lady there which is not fair advertisement. If you make an appointment with anyone else BEWARE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered from start to finish. And please do not respond trying to “fix it” id never come back even if you gave me free services for a lifetime. NEVER
