I’m very picky about how I like my nails so I tend to do them myself, but I wanted a gel manicure on my natural nails today. This place is nearest to where I live so I came here. My experience from start to finish was perfect. They seated me as soon as I walked in, and when I showed them a picture of what I wanted they immediately got to work. I didn’t get my nail tech’s name, but he did a fantastic job of showing me the colors he would be using, precisely applying the polish, and making sure I was happy with his work. The prices are fair—I paid $35 for my service. Definitely come here next time you get your nails done! You won’t be disappointed.

They charged me $98 for a pedicure and dip manicure. I paid and asked to see their prices which their reply was that the prices change. Then they checked and said that I did over pay which I received $10 back, but in my opinion is still over-priced. Manicure is sloppy and lots of mistakes

I went to Tulip Nails for the first time with my daughter today. This is such a cute nail shop! It is decorated with what seems to be a selfie background area, chandelier, faux plants and a few other textured wall designs- for the small historic town of Mount Holly it stands out! I came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was taken right back. Everything went really well. My cuticles were not cut so low that they bleed, nail polish stayed on nails and the water in the spa was hot. I think one downside is that while I left friendly with the technicians who did our nails, they were not immediately friendly or talkative. Also, prices for services are not posted so I was hoping everyone was being honest about the cost. Will likely go again.

Terrible. The soft touch pedicures are the worst, and they make excuses for doing things wrong as if it’s your first time at a nail shop

Lynn is great and very talented & have had a good experience my last 3 visits. But I go in to get my nails done & they did a very poor job. Got there very early with my daughter & the place was empty. By the time I get my feet done, all chairs are taken. I then wait to get my nails done while two people switch places to do my nails (Lynn and some guy). My nails are all different sizes & shaped very poorly. It seemed like they were just trying to hurry and get me out so they can focus on the other people there. This is unprofessional and this place has just lost a client.

EXTREMELY displeased with my nail dip I literally want to cry. Also didn’t realize my toes and hands are two different shades of purple until I went into a store and seen it in the light…..I will NEVER return again‼️‼️Unfortunately I only stopped because my original salon was completely booked and it was spur of the moment…LESSON LEARNED

Critical: QualityI went here yesterday because the place that I usually go to was closed. I haven’t gotten my nails done in quite a long time, and I used to go to tulips when I was younger so I figured they’d still be OK… The people were nice, the equipment was clean, but the work was absolutely terrible! I am going to post a picture of what I asked for versus what I actually got. I should’ve spoke up and said some thing, but they were about to close and we’re literally sweeping the floor around me and sitting there staring at me because I was the last customer in there.
