Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis salon is absolutely awful. I will not be coming back here ever again. The woman doing my pedicure was great but my nails? Awful. They are crooked, the paint is in globs, way too thick, some nails are bumpy. Just awful. Will NEVER give business here again. Stay away if you Like even nails!!

Been going here for gel pedicures and had no issue. Decided I wanted to get an acrylic set, however the quality was not there. I wouldn’t say the nails turned out terrible, but I’ve had better service in the past. My technician was rough and made my set too thick and the shape was inconsistent throughout. Also when I said I only wanted regular polish he rudely asked, “Why?!?”. I get it, most places sell you on gel every time, but that was a little uncalled for. Will be trying a different technician before going somewhere else completely.

I called ahead to see if they had time for a pedicure and dip refill 2 hours before they closed…that was the fastest pedicure ive ever gotten in my life!! Lena did not even get any off the dead skin off under my foot and dip refill…FORGET IT. The man that did my nails did not understand english so that was fun, it took him over an hour to do 1 color because he kept messing up so now my nails feel so heavy with 17 layers of powder and I got a rash on my right hand from it!!!! The best part is they charged me $75….horrible experience I would NEVER GO BACK nor recommend this salon to anyone. What a Joke.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey are terrible! They do rush jobs on nails to squeeze more customers in and make more money. The man who did my nails rushed so much that he drilled over my skin while filing/drilling my nails; leaving me bleeding and in pain afterwards. I showed him an abstract design that I wanted and what he did was a complete joke instead of just telling me that he didn’t know how to do the design. He then did a complete rush job on my gel pedi. I honestly could have done this myself. Not to mention, he overcharged myself and my mother. I won’t be back.They are terrible! The man who did my nails rushed so much that he drilled over my skin while filing/drilling my nails; leaving me bleeding and in pain afterwards. Around 4pm another customer walks in and states they had an appointment with the same tech at the same time as mine. I was asked to come back another day so they can honor the other person’s appointment. My time is valuable and they did not respect that.
