As someone who has struggled with acne for close to 15 years, I have been to my fair share of dermatologists, estheticians, “skin people”, you name it. I have spent upward of thousands of dollars on different treatments, harmful medications, and ordered things online that “promised” to clear my skin. I tried supplement to cleanse my blood and my organs, and ate a cleaner diet. And while cleaning up my eating did help, nothing lasted. As the years went on, my skin would get worse and worse. Dermatologists all just wanted to put me on Accutane and I refused. I even tried to visit a naturopathic doctor who just ordered a bunch of tests and did nothing. I was so fed up. I was doing some Google-ing one night and came across Tucson Acne Clinic. I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment, and boy am I glad I did. I am in my mid-20s and it is pretty embarrassing to still have a face full of severe acne. I felt that no one was taking me seriously professionally, and it discouraged me from wanting to go and hangout with friends. My first appointment was in the beginning of November. It is now April, and I would say my skin is CLEAR. I never thought I would see the day. Not to sound dramatic, but it has changed my life. Thank you Brenda. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and straight to the point (in the best way possible). I enjoy my sessions with her as we talk skin and just about life in general.
