Refuses to Listen: The wait is never excessive. The staff are friendly and professional. But the hairdressers will NOT listen. I thought it was me. I’ve read articles on communicating with your stylist; how to communicate the cut and length you want. It’s not me. Even when I show the stylist with my hand where I want my hair to fall, the stylist cuts it as much as 5 inches shorter. I can say straight across the bottom, blunt cut until I feel breathless and walk out with curved hair that is anything but blunt. Ultimately, they don’t care what I ask for. The stylists just do what ever they want. If that doesn’t bother you, these are friendly people with good prices. If you want what you ask for, good luck because I have not yet found a hairdresser who will actually give the paying customer what was requested.

I also had color done, the first time a color correction to tone down orange from a henna application I had done myself. I received many compliments on the soft caramel tone they created. The second time I had highlights put in and Kimmie did an excellent job applying lightener and foils. My hair came out a lovely shade of blonde.The stylists are quite talented. The stylists are quite talented. I’ve visited this salon twice and both times I received a thorough consultation and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. I also had color done, the first time a color correction to tone down orange from a henna application I had done myself. I received many compliments on the soft caramel tone they created. This was my first time going to a real salon outside of student salons like Paul Mitchell. I was a little skeptical at first because of it being my first time and the website didn’t really give me the pricing information I needed. I called in to make an appointment. They saw me right away and when I tell you this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! I didn’t quite catch the man’s name who was working on my hair, but he had short light brown(maybe almost blonde) hair. He was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout my service. They almost operated like a spa. The music was relaxing, the salon smelled like essential oils, it was HEAVENLY. Plus your pockets will love the prices! Everything they did exceeded my expectations. This is a diamond in the rough! I will definitely be returning every month.
