It was cool, a different process than I’m use to..when handling natural hair..they wash x conditioner sit for 10 minutes at sink with conditioner. Detangling Rinse x rollers, hair dryer….then blow dry and press clip ends. I definitely didn’t want the press I could still smell my hair.. like a burning smell, haven’t had flat iron in hair for almost 15 years…Definitely won’t put that type of heat in my hair again. The ladies at the shop was friendly, clean and attentive. ❤

My sister came here to get a relaxer from these people. The following week, when she was washing hair, her roots coiled back up. She went in the following day to explain to them that the relaxer didn’t take and that her hair was ripping out of her scalp because of it. Their solution was to gaslight her and just wash her hair instead of trying to find ways to treat it. Don’t know where or even if these people have a license, but they just trash. Also, witnessed them give not one but two customers severe heat damage. Save your hair, edges, and money. Don’t go there.

Love them on my hair but on my baby hair said he needs a relaxer and combed him to tears! Has no idea how to do ethnic hair or thicker hair. His hair is thick and curly. Paid 70$ for a wash and blow out for baby. Charged me extra for thickness which is fine but Atleast blow out with care! My baby never cries! He’s 12 years old. Never will go here again even tho I like how she does my hair ✌

I get my blow out and colors here all the time, they always do an amazing job with my hair. I recommend. I have soft curly hair, and my sister who have 4C type of hair gets her hair straightened there and they manage. I recommend.
