On my way to an appt so I stopped here to get a gel manicure since it was on the way. Walked in & wasn’t greeted had to make the 1st greet. Waited about 10min. Sat with someone, I like my manicures with Hot Hot water, which I related & was ignored. Water was cold. I started with 1 tech, then another tech came in cuz the 1st one had an EM call, then another 3rd one came to finish but the 1st tech returned to do the final steps which was to massage hands, not very good. She forgot to put top coat on, I mentioned it & she said she did, I’m right there so I know for a fact she didnt..didn’t… I’ve had enough gel Manis to what the steps are… overall it’s was OK… I should of just gone down a little further to savage & went to E-nails & seen my girl Nancy there… Now she’s a great manicurist!!!

This was my third and last time I go there. They can’t even do the design that one wants. Nails are so wonky I have gel bubbles from so much polish. The sides and the very top of my ALL my nails are not painted. I asked for French and the tips are all different sizes. Plus the lay did not even make conversation with me. Talked to her coworkers the whole time. Nails were don’t in under 45 minutes so she rushed the whole time. Let’s not talk about how they messed up my one eyebrow because of how much they rushed. Not only am I done going here but I’m also done hiding how bad this is to people I know.

Took my friend here with me, first off the length was wrong and wouldn’t redo them for her, she took her dead cuticles off with the DRILL, burned her skin and made it bleed. She kept telling her she didn’t like them and the lady kept going. Filed hard and drilled like she was in a hurry. Also took a picture of her tattoo without asking her!! Not going back!

Best place ever. I went in there with my infant thinking she would sleep through my mother’s day present of pampering myself. I was very wrong… She woke up and the staff was so accommodating while still getting through my manicure!!!! He even strolled her around while my nails dryed. Will recommend to everyone I know!!!!

You can tell they truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. I can’t say enough positives about Aaron the manager. He treats the customers and staff with the utmost respect, courtesy and kindness. He even walked me to my car through the back of the building because it was late and dark. The customers are called by name and are thanked for coming in. Give them a try, I promise you will be not be disappointed!! Visited this salon for the first time on Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are all polite and friendly. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because my pedicure was good. My toes came out pretty and my lady did a really good job on my feet. Was in town and in need of pedicure. Cell phone wasn’t working so had to walk in. No problem. Was immediately welcomed in and seated. The service was top notch. It’s obvious that they care about your well being and made sure to provide a thorough nail service. Extras for me was the fact that they took care to clean and prep small scratch on my ankle, and also when noticed my finger nails still had left over polish he cleaned and buffed my nails quickly to make it presentable. But the one thing I liked most was when I couldn’t decide which of two colors i preferred he pulled both and painted on my fingers so I can better decide. Yup, that’s top notch. Last thing, if you like hurt-so-good leg massage ask for Mindy (I think), it was just the icing on the cake for me (I love massages that work your muscles, not the ones that give you soft touch therapy!).
