I walked into this place feeling happy and looking forward to a relaxing experience. The lady that washed my hair did a good job massaging the Scalp and cleaning it with shampoos after shampoo. Here I thought I was going to tip her good, and I’m going to write a great review after this beautiful day at the Dominican salon. Still, when it came to rinsing my hair, she did well on my sides. Still, in the middle and back scalp, I did not feel any water going through my roots, and she was going to leave the conditioner on, so I asked her to please give it a rinse, and she called the girl who speaks English from the front desk and mumbling at the same time.

I love this place I’ve been going here now for about 6 months and I have been taking my granddaughter to get her hair done we both just get out here silk press but the wonderful part is when Marcia washes our hair the way she scrubs your head it makes you want to go to sleep it feels so wonderful and then the outcome of the silk press is awesome both of our hair is growing tremendously because it’s like if she treats it with love and that’s what you look for when you go to get your hair done not just someone washing your hair but someone who loves to do hair and her customer service skills is out of this world she makes you feel so comfortable and I love her accent. I’m sorry but these people can not cut hair. I’ve been here 2x and two different people ducked up my hair. I have medium length, fine hair. I asked for long layers and she damn near gave me a mullet. I’m looking in the mirror like what the in hell is this?… I look like Joe Dirt’s cousin.

If you are African American please NEVER go to this salon! My hair is extremely curly and I’ve never had an issue getting a Dominican blowout anywhere! I’m in the chair right now and I’m so regretful that I’ve come to this salon. My blowout was haphazardly done, the women speak no English, and the only one who does (the nicest one) is typically distracted by multiple male visitors.

They just destroyed my hair. I asked for a LONG BOB. I even showed 2 pictures to the woman and I finished with my hair super short all the way. She didnt even did the short bob ( front layer are longer) NO SHE MADE IT ALL SHORT!! I LOOK NOW LIKE THE PRINCE FROM SHERK!

please dnt go there the lady that work there burn my scalp and did not put the color i wanted my sisters whent there too and they end up paying to much just for them to not give them the color they wanted either the prices were too high and my sister asked if they had water and the lady there said no but after a lady from their nationality came in amd they gave her a water thats kinda racist to me.
