This is the third time I have given this place a chance. No more. First time was for ped. Did an online Appt showed up on time and they didn’t have my Appt secured. After waiting, I got a gentleman who had no clue at what he was doing. Second chance, took my husband on his day off. We did not have an appointment. They asked if we could come back in 20 minutes so we came back 20 mins later. They placed us both in the pedicure chairs which we waited another 10 mins. Then they proceeded to do my husbands pedicure. I sat for almost another 45 minutes to an hour before they started mine. The young lady that did his ped. I believe was new or maybe not even licensed. After sitting for the 45 minutes they finally started my pedicure. I told them that my husband was already done and I would wait to have my toes polished I told them that I would come back the next day when I was planning on getting my nails done. Made that appointment at this time. when I showed up the next day at 11, I had to explain everything about not having time to wait any longer getting my toes painted and proceeded to have my nails done with a shellac not 24 hours later my nails are chipping. I left that young lady a very big tip. I will never return to this place of business again they need to get it together. The owner needs to hire more people or don’t take customers you can’t service at the time they arrive.

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2019 and LOVE it! Tommy and Michelle are wonderful owners who always advise me as to what is best for my problem nails. I always refer new clients to them and have always been happy with their services provided! I’ve been happy with everyone in the salon. They work very hard and some clients are not so nice. Keep up the good work Tommy and Michelle!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to T&T spa nails for the first time and they treat me poorly discriminating and harassing me for not wearing a mask. They refused me in service. The person who refused me didn’t provide his name, but I will find it out! The U.S DOJ will investigate my complain. But for now I am NOT recommending this place. They violate people’s civil rights. If you like hot dumpster fires. Come here. This place got the memo when it comes to inflation. Imagine if you will, needing a pedicure. You come thinking you will spend 30 bucks. Instead when it’s time to pay you are charged 60 because they gave you services you didn’t ask for. I didn’t ask for a deluxe. I asked for a classic. They take your credit card info before service so you are kind of stuck. Bottom line… I’d rather have a blind toddler do a pedicure that these POS.

I went here with a friend today for a pedicure and usually everything goes great but today I asked for a classic pedicure and when I went to pay I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for a deluxe ( I was charged before being told my total). My friend on the other hand wasn’t asked at all and was just given a deluxe pedicure. I was also charged on top of that for gel which is normal but no where on the board did I see how much the additional charge would be. When we asked about why we were charged that amount she said “no it’s normal” and that “it’s fine”. All in all I left feeling defeated and overcharged.

In addition she managed to cut six of my fingers with the electronic nail filer. When I told her my nails are bleeding, she proceed to pour some green solutions on my wounds and continued to put nail products over my open wounds.
