Went here to get a simple gel manicure on my real nails. What usually would take 45 mins at another nail salon to complete, ended up taking the nail techs here over TWO hours. It was insane, you would think i came in for a pedi and acrylics. One of the female nail techs kept messing up the gel polish and redoing (over 5 times) and she worked very slowly. I appreciate her being meticulous and making sure she did her best, but If i would have known something this simple would end up taking my whole evening, I would have went somewhere else . The end product was okay.. polish was still messed up on one nail. I also noticed the two other woman getting their nails done besides me ended up sitting for quite a while too. The end product is okay but I don’t recommend coming here if you have somewhere to be later

I would recommend you not to come on Sunday, have a proper payment and Always make an appointment if it is not a one time thing. I absolutely live T&T Nails! Tony is a great manager and always strives to accommodate everyone. What I love in particular is that every technician is talented and does a great job – so if my usual tech isn’t available, I’m comfortable seeing anyone. They have literally thousands of options for nails, and many different options for pedicures. I recommen calling for an appointment because they are always busy….which is a good sign!

Great place to get your nails done. Very friendly staff that tries to accommodate everyone as much as possible (even large groups). They always do an amazing job and the salon is clean and well organized. The absolute best part??? – You can get your oil changed in your car at Fastlube (just a few store fronts down) while you get you nails done! I would give it 5 stars, but it’s still just one of those generic nail places and not an elite, private salon spa.

The worse customer service. I’ve never wrote a bad review I’m a sweet girl. They lied to me about the prices and the manager yelled at me. Whoever is reading this, I promise you anywhere else is better than here doll. I’m still having anxiety after how that man talked to me especially in front of customers. So mean and rude and lied about the gel/ acrylic to get me to spend more after I got my nails done. So upset!

This place is disgusting with horrible customer service. I was just getting my nails done and didn’t my credit card chip had fallen off my card. They wouldn’t take my card even though I have been using the card in mutiple locations all day. Instead of finishing the manicure and letting my get cash out after they made me stop mid manicure and go get money out in the blistering sun. How relaxing! That’s some horrible management and customer service. I would never go back here again nor would I recommend it to anyone of my friends. I am pretty sure I got a toe nail fungus from them last year because they don’t sterilize anything and starting going back because it’s close to Costco and liked getting my nails done before I shop. Oh well. Live and learn.

Staff did well accommodating my large party. Not sure if my technician was in a rush or something, but he managed to cut two of my fingers when he was filing it down, and cut into my cuticle with the grinder. Overpriced as well
