Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get a pedicure and manicure. I informed the person that was doing my pedicure that I had an ingrown nail. She dismissed me, and said nothing there, when I was still looking at my toes not been “clean”. I asked her several times(politely), if she can check, because I can feel it. Nothing, and continued to dismiss it. Whatever, I said I’ll go to my usual spot another day. They were going to start my manicure, when I asked if they had dip powder since I had seen they had it, and asked them if my nails were not too short, since I had broken one of my nails. They said, no and proceed it to do it. Mind, I had asked for manicure but with dip powder. They skipped over the manicure, and throughout the whole process, all three employees did my dip powder. I had asked one of them if she can do a simple design since they look plain, and asked if she can do a simple design with lines (showing her the image), she said yes. She finished doing my nails, when I informed her that they never did my manicure, and if she can at least do my cuticles. That is when she proceeded to ask the other staff, to finish my nails. I mentioned to new staff if she can do the design since I had informed previous staff, and she said yes. She said yes, but finished and no design. She then returns back after a few minutes, asking if I still wanted the design. After this, I said NO and that I am done. Was not rude to them. In between those two hours a couple had went in and they sat they down for their pedicure when a lady and I have had been waiting there for about an hour. I had made a call to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, the appointment time was 1:20 I made it in with time for my appointment, and they had me sitting down for 2 hours. In between those two hours a couple had went in and they sat they down for their pedicure when a lady and I have had been waiting there for about an hour.
