I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. Chai is alway accommodating and willing to meet me early if necessary. Since Covid she has accommodated meeting my elderly mother before her normal nail salon hours so that no other people are in the shop. I am very grateful to her. My nails always look fantastic after leaving the salon.

Unfortunately I had the worst nail experience ever here. I waited 43 minutes exactly before I was seated for my appointment; the owner kept apologizing but I have never waited that long to be seated. I have been doing my nails regularly for years and decided to try a new place closer to my new home; severely disappointed I chose here. The girl who was doing my nails made me bleed twice! She continued to file on the side of my nail where I was bleeding even though I told her to stop multiple times.

I always book my appointments in advance, and always show up for them. I always have to wait over 40 minutes for a booked appointment that I reserved one week in advance. When I finally mention to the nail tech that sits behind the reception desk, that I had a booked appointment and why was I waiting again. She rolled her eyes at me an was extremely rude. I am not sure if she is an owner, she might benefit in a lesson in customer service. Before you replay with… pedicures can sometime take longer. I need to mention that the person just sat down for her pedicure and didn’t have an appointment.

I have been going to them for years now. Usually they are very good but 3 out of the last 4 times I’ve gone, I was disappointed. Not with the service, they do a beautiful job but having to wait. This last time my friend and I had 1:00pm pedi appts. We waited over 1/2 hr with no one even acknowledging us. I have never been late for an appointment, I always tip very well. This time we just walked out. I understand they get busy, but they should at least let you know if they are running over in time.
