I asked them to make my nails even and while all my nails were nice and long he cut them all down. Then asked me if I liked them and wanted them longer. Which I believe they just wanted me to pay for tips for all 10 fingers when I only needed two and asked for. I got them done not even a week ago as they are very very very short the dip already cracked off my nail.

Went there with my daughter for liquid gel, the nail tech insisted I get Dip powder and kept telling me I should get that so I did, fine that’s not a big deal. Then she kept asking me if I wanted to get tips on my nails because I like to keep mine short. I told her no again and again and she proceeded to keep asking me finally after the 5th time I said fine because I just wanted to get my manicure started and wanted to relax. I asked if she could get my cuticles as they usually don’t with the dip, when it came time to pay she charged me $70 for my dip manicure with tips because she charged me for an additional regular manicure for the 45 seconds it took her to cut my cuticles, she did not do anything else that comes with a regular manicure. This is not the first time I have been overcharged here, the first time I just let it go because it was only like $6 extra they charged me. However, this time it was almost an extra $20 they charged me for a service I didn’t even receive. Their website prices state a dip manicure is $43 and extensions which again I was basically pressured into (I didn’t want to cause any issues with my daughter there) are $10. That comes to $53 and I was charged $70 for my nails. I tried emailing the owner privately but couldn’t and when I tried to send a message through their website it has a character limit and I couldn’t get my full message in. I plan on calling them today to try and get a resolution to this situation but I’m now wondering if this overcharging has happened twice to me in the last 3 months how many other people are being pressured into devices they’d don’t want and being overcharged and charged for services they didn’t receive. Do better by your customers TT Nails, this is not ok
