I made an appointment showed up on time. Got into my chair and the water was ice cold!! The lady started my pedicure. Mind you I chose the most expensive one because I had gift money to splurge. It was instantly a regret. The technician kept getting my skin with the file multiple times and then we get to the massages and all. She put a towel that was so hot it burned my toes on me. Then she wiped a towel hard between my toes. Now on to the gel polish. She got it everywhere and while she was trying to clean it up off my skin kept dropping her tools on the floor and reusing them! My nails are uneven and my toes are blue on my skin around my nail! Worst pedicure ever in my life. When I brought it up at register is when they wanted to fix it. I had already been there for almost 2 hours. I just wanted to leave. I won’t be back

I called in the middle of the day and had appointment immediately. Everyone was friendly, everything was nice and clean. Yang man made my pedicure so fast , my feet didn’t even had a chance to soak. Later I understood it was because more people were coming. I ended up paying $20 more then the price he quoted because I had gel end very difficult design which took 1 minute for each toe( wish I could make money that easy and fast). Next day my nail was infected and my heels are still dry. I paid $58 just to have my nails painted. If you still want to go, I wish you better luck!

I didn’t not get her name, but the lady who did my nails was sooo nice and she made recommendations that turned out beautiful because I wasn’t very sure what I wanted. Decided to treat myself to a pedicure for the first time since having my new baby. Even called ahead and made an appointment. I sat for 30 minutes before I was taken to a chair. I shouldn’t have waited that long but I REALLY wanted the pedicure and it’s hard enough to make time to get away from the baby. Why even accept the appointment when you know you don’t have time?? When I got to the chair a technician kept trying to get me to move seats to be closer to the person I came with. . . I didn’t come with anyone she just assumed that I was with the only other black person in the salon I let that go. I continued to wait another 20 minutes while I watched 4 different people being helped before me with quite a few others still waiting with their untouched feet in the bowls. Again, I’d made an appointment for 45 minutes before this time. So I asked, “do you think it’s going to be another hour? I made an appt for quite some time ago”. She says yes. I asked for a towel and walked out. No pedicure. No manicure. No apologies from anyone. What a waste of my time. I’m very disappointed and will never be back.
