This place is great! My first time to this salon, I was a late in the day walk-in. It was no problem! Got full set of acrylic and the lady did such a great job! she was very meticulous and great with detail. I’ve been searching for a place and been to at least 20 throughout Sacramento and I never felt really comfortable at any of them and the nails were just so-so. I was never completely satisfied with any of them until now! These ladies were very professional, very friendly, and just made me feel very welcome. I’m very thankful for that I will definitely go here and nowhere else while I’m in Sacramento! thank you again ladies!

First and last to this shop. I didn’t like my final results. I booked a SOAK OFF and new full set. If that’s what I booked, I expect what I booked. She proceeded to carve through my set with an acrylic nail. I had to AGAIN ask for the soak off! I don’t mind paying for great service and quality. Learn how to take CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM or LEARN how to fix the situation instead of being UNPROFESSIONAL and DEFENSIVE. I complained about the GREY SPLOTCHES on my nails. NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE COLOR, THE COST or anything like that. They tried to tell me it was a “marble effect.” Something I didn’t ask for! I thought it was going to come together after my shape up and after I washed my hands. I was wrong.

I called to book an appointment for a fill for my lashes and they were very very rude. They said that they will not do a fill if you didn’t get your lashes done there from the beginning. That doesn’t make any sense and is not a good way to build new business. How do they know that I wouldn’t have liked their fill better than where I get my fill and changed my business to them? Because of their rudeness and because of their inability to be flexible I can imagine that this business isn’t going to last long .

The shop is very nice and clean. The girls are very friendly and hospitality. I did one of the T Bougie specials. It was very relaxing. I love their taste in music. I will be back every 2 weeks. Thank you for taking me in last minute.
