The management here is very disrespectful to woman. My girlfriend came out crying, because she wanted a specific shape (short-almond), and he insisted it would not look good. And just did it as he wanted, saying I want it to look good. When I went back in to nicely explain that he was inappropriate and I did not want a refund, nor were we coming back. I wanted him to know how hurtful he was. He argued and yelled at me as his employees laughed at his ridiculous reaction.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment with a specific person because they recommended me her and when I got here she canceled when I arrived. I then continue to get my pedicure either way since I had driven here any ways , the pedicure was alright the lady was quiet and polite. When I got to do my nails that’s when it went bad. Let me start off by saying this is the 1st time I’ve experienced something like this. I have been to many nail salons and never did I experience what happened to me today. I called this morning to schedule an appointment with a specific person because they recommended me her and when I got here she canceled when I arrived. It was easy to make an appointment online. The prices vary from what is reflected on the web due to Covid. The most basic services are not offered in order to get customers to spend a little more at the salon. You still get the upgraded service though, they won’t skimp out. For example, Basic Pedicure $20 is not on the menu anymore, but Spa pedicure $25 is. I’m happy with the service I received.

Got my nails done yesterday for the first time here and was the best place I have been to! B did my nails and was very patient with my nails. He focused completely on what he was doing. Very professional work. I recommend this place and especially B for doing an exception job!! Definitely coming back! Thank you T&T Nails!!
