I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Worst service ever!! They rush through your nails and get an attitude if you correct them. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the girl did not do them correctly. I asked for them to be fixed while I was still there and they wanted an additional $15. They messed up my pedicure by not polishing the whole nail. It already looks like they’re a week old and I just got them done yesterday. I had to return twice for my eyebrows because the girl didn’t wax them properly. They have people who are not good at what they do, and they allow them to serve people. They have HORRIBLE customer service and they don’t try to make sure they do a good job on your nails. I will take the loss this time but I will NEVER go to them again.

Terrible service. Lady started yelling at me because she couldn’t understand that I wanted a dip powder and she demanded I pay money upfront until someone came over and explained. After my nails were done they looked fat and not classy at all. I also got eyebrow waxed and the wax burned my skin because they didn’t make sure it was cooled down a little. I paid and went out to the car where I looked at my nails and eyebrows went back in. I nicely told them I was not satisfied with my service and they gave me my wax money back, but then screamed at me to never come back and if I wasn’t satisfied with the service to not come back and that it was my fault my nails looked the way they did. 0/10 recommend. Poor service. Poor people. Poor establishment

They will usually get you in and out, but in that same breath. If they see that their getting busy, they’ll start to rush on your hands/ feet..From what I’ve experienced with them. I literally had to tell my nail tech to stop rushing because she had started polishing sloppily.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had my eyebrows done “Good Job” had my nails done and had to go back several times for them to redo them. I also went to get eyelashes done that came off the next day, I went back to have them done and they still wasn’t done correctly. I was put out of the shop because of the poor customer service and rushed jobs being done on my eyelashes, and nails. This place need to be report for the poor job they do just to collect money knowing that they’re the only nail shop in West Helena. Everybody go there but scared to say that they’re not satisfied with the service. (0) stars for this shop they need to be closed down. Making money to mess over people in the town!!!! Critical: QualityI just had a full set of nails done last Friday, here it is almost Friday again and my nails started popping off Monday ♀️ I’m down to two nails on both hands . I showed them a pic of how I wanted my nails & color, I was told they don’t do that and didnt have all the colors the pedi was fantastic along w massage chair but other than that I wish my 95$ I spent could’ve been on the exact set I wanted instead of being talked into getting some different to where my nails didnt last I just had a full set of nails done last Friday, here it is almost Friday again and my nails started popping off Monday ♀️ I’m down to two nails on both hands . I just had a full set of nails done last Friday, here it is almost Friday again and my nails started popping off Monday ♀️ I’m down to two nails on both hands . I was the first person to arrive at the shop; the owner arrived at 8:17a.m and allowed me to come in for service. I explained that the I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Long story short; my nails look horrible; they’re too thick, the polish on my toe nails were also on my skin. I’m very disappointed and will not return. A person’s work speaks volumes about them as a business person! One’s work is a reflection of your character. Day 2 and the polish on my toes is already chipping. In addition to paying $70 for gel nails that are as thick as eagle talons, and chipped toe nail polish, I have to pay someone else to correct this before my event tomorrow night! My nails look like I did them and I’m not a professional.
