Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUPDATE: Went in for a second pedicure today and unfortunately my toes did not come out nearly as nice as last time. I was serviced by an older woman who could barely speak English and was extremely difficult to understand, which I feel effected the service I received because we couldn’t communicate effectively.The woman was kind, but I did not like her method of taking the gel off my toes. She didn’t let my toes soak very long, about five minutes. Then she went in and filed the gel off each toe individually, which took a long time and was uncomfortable. This created a micro-cut on one of my toes. Secondly, I wasn’t asked how short I wanted my nails, so they’re longer than I’d like. When it comes to how they were painted, the quality isn’t as good as the first time. The gel on my big toes are not evenly painted.Overall, I’m disappointed with this visit, especially after I spent $60. I understand everyone does things differently and some people are more skilled than others, but being able to communicate with customers is key.——————Went in for the first time today for a gel pedicure and I was impressed with the service. The owner and ladies working in the shop were friendly, which made my experience comfortable. They took their time and my nails came out great. The shop itself is clean and they were taking customers on an appointment basis, which resulted in a less crowded environment. Something I prefer and enjoy.What stood out the most was what occurred after my appointment. I received a voicemail about two hours later informing me to please call the shop. When I called the owner had informed me I was overcharged and she wanted to refund me my money. When I arrived to the shop she refunded me promptly and apologized. I didn’t even realize I was over charged in the first place, so her honesty was a nice surprise. Business like this is hard to find and it gave me more reason to return to the shop. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst time visit to this location. I had an appointment cancelled, last minute, by my go to nail salon I’ve frequented for the past 5 years. T&T Nails was the next closest salon and I want to sincerely thank them for fitting me in for a mani/pedi within 5 minutes of me sharing my story. I had an event to attend the following day, so having a fresh mani/pedi was a big deal on timing. Professional, friendly and again grateful to you for making it happen with no appointment! I walked out relaxed and very happy with the beautiful look. Tina did my beautiful mani all the while smiling and making great conversation. My pedi was done by the gentleman on shift that day (didn’t get his name). First time visit to this location. I had an appointment cancelled, last minute, by my go to nail salon I’ve frequented for the past 5 years. T&T Nails was the next closest salon and I want to sincerely thank them for fitting me in for a mani/pedi within 5 minutes of me sharing my story. I had an event to attend the following day, so having a fresh mani/pedi was a big deal on timing. Professional, friendly and again grateful to you for making it happen with no appointment! I walked out relaxed and very happy with the beautiful look. Tina did my beautiful mani all the while smiling and making great conversation. But then I received poor customer service and my nails didn’t even make it two weeks (acrylic with gel polish) which in inexcusable. Pedicure was decent. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment at 1, didn’t get called up until 1:15 the dude doing my nails didn’t know I had acrylics on even after I told him, then he was taking off my acrylics and it took him all the way up until 2 just to take off my nails… He kept wondering off and didn’t pay much attention to me at all. I got mad and told him I need to leave, he then grabbed my hand and asked to finish even though he didn’t even paint my nails, all he did was take off my acrylics, I told him no.
