T&T Nails

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been coming to get my nails done here for over 6 years. I have brought other people here and have always recommended T&T nails. I might not come regularly, but it was the only salon I chose. In my last times going I have felt degraded and insignificant. I make appointments and I have to wait 20 minutes because they are running behind for taking walk in’s as I am walking in or giving extra services to the customers they like. I have come to get the few non-chip manicure off and it takes 45 minutes. I can be the only one in the salon and I am told that my appointment needs to end because there are other appointments (in reality the three employees need to eat lunch because there are no other customers). Instead of getting suggestions for help with colors when you are unsure, the staff just stared at me for 15 minutes and then told me I was making them late. In my entire time getting my nails done I have never asked for them to take off a nail color. I really needed help for a wedding. I apologized 7 times and they were very annoyed and tried putting colors on me that I could not have for the wedding. They told me I should have known to get white underneath the color because the non-chip color palette is displayed on white nails. (I don’t normally get non-chip nails. Which was why I was sorry. However, again, I was the only customer in the salon but I was “making them late” for the next customers that never showed up.) When I am paying $75 dollars plus a $15-18 dollar tip , I would really like some help! In my last times going I have felt degraded and insignificant. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey got us in last minute but did a poor job, everything was rushed. I had to instruct them to properly file and take care of my cuticles because they were just in a hurry to get done and out the door. I would’ve preferred for them to have been honest and said they couldn’t take me without compromising on value of the service.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
