Critical: PunctualityThe owner was extremely nice and accommodating, as I called last minute. However, as I sat there for 3+ hours I realized that they over commit and it seemed everyone in there was waiting forever. There was only one other lady in there besides the owner, so they were very short staffed, until about 2 hours in another employee showed up.The owner started my nails, and then half way through made me go start my pedicure. Which is odd, never had that happen before. Anyways, the lady who did my pedicure and finished my nails was so rough with the round filer and the nail filer she made me bleed on 4 fingers and my big toe. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure, along with my bleeding fingers – which I cringed every time I had to wash my hands for the next 2-3 days.
