It’s a cool spot to get your nails or feet done. The service was quick, the guy did sn excellent job and took care of my feet. A will definitely go back. But it does get very packed.

Extremely rude, the employee was speaking her language making one feel extremely uncomfortable. She was upset because I wanted my nails on straight and asked her to fix it. Also she did the acrylic so high up that it seems as if I need a refill the next day. I messaged the employee (9) the next day various times and she did not answer the phone. Poor customer service, I called and spoke to Lily a (manager) and she was trying to say that nails grow fast and to let her see them and that the same person will have to do them. Today I went here with my little sister and her group of friends. We were treated with no respect by the employee working on eyebrows. She messed up my sister eyebrows and denied us service to fix it by stonewalling our critique’s. We spent 10 minutes just trying to get her to fix it but she showed no compassion and just wanted her money for a terrible job. Another employee came to tell us “never come back here again” and took a picture of my car tag. I’ve never experienced such a prejudice environment in my life.

Filthy place! Chairs are old & broke, uncomfortable. I called ahead to make reservations for 3 pedicures, together. They didn’t take my name which should’ve been my first cue. We couldn’t sit together because they didn’t have 3 chairs in a row in operating condition. I should’ve walked out, it’s that horrible of a place. Chairs were sticky, trash cans were full, these people take zero pride in the work place. First time I’ve refused to upgrade to a deluxe or add a manicure. Just couldn’t wait for it to be over. I couldn’t enjoy the pedicure at all, girl did a decent job, nothing good particularly but the polish job is fine. I won’t go back & I certainly would never recommend this place!

If I can not give one star it would be well deserved. I had a simple fill in and it was done as a rush job. Nails was not smooth and did to want to put base coat , they said it’s not required when based coat is not required but it protect the natural nail and acrylic from staining and he didn’t tell me to wash my hands after applying the acrylic . I tried to tell the owner and she totally ignored me however the girl that did my feet was a Cuban girl and she did excellent and for that I gave her a tip overall this place is dirty unprofessional and do not follow the steps in doing a proper acrylic. I say this because I’m a professional hairdresser and nail technician I’m retired.

Owner is so disrespectful, I went to have my dip powder removed only and he kept trying to cut my nails off as though I had fake nails. I kept telling him it’s my real nails. He was so busy on the phone and just ignore me still attempting to cut my nails. When I keep saying no that’s not what I came for he told me to just leave. Use your money elsewhere!

My daughter and I get our nails done every month here. We have a great relationship with our tech. He knows what we like and we are in and out of there in less than an hour. We love him and will not get our nails done anywhere else.My daughter said no one does her nails as good as he does.

It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. At 1st I had to ask the gentleman to put sterilization in the water. He did not want to I forced him too. The next thing was his implements were not clean they were just laying in a drawer. II had him sanitize them and he sprayed them with alcohol. I did not even get to soak my feet but for maybe 3 minutes and he took the metal instrument and to push my nail cuticle back on my toenails and he just rammed it up in me.

If i could give zero stars, I would! They are rude, not accommodating when it comes to the handicap, and unwilling to assist customers, when asked. My mother is temporarily in a wheelchair. Instead of providing her the first or second pedicure chair, I was told to take her to number 9, having to scoot every chair out of the way to make our way down to the seat. REFUSED to assist me with finding a nail color, after I searched the wall of colors THREE times! When I asked for help, I was told, “We’re all busy, get the color!” I will NEVER return to this place. Customer service is poor, but still expect a tip… UNBELIEVABLE!!
