I called for an appointment to get my nails done. I currently have a gel manicure from another salon. I was told they didn’t have “time” for me. I asked for “whenever” possible. A nail salon that only takes customers by appointment but nothing is available? Sounds shady to me.

5/25/22 Terrible my daughter made arrangements for her nails to get done and one of the techs was coming in on her off day to do them for prom and the owner Tina refused to allow her to do them on her off day because I her mother am not a regular client of hers. However my best friend goes there faithfully and we have known the family for years. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous to do that to a 15 year old the day before her prom!!! I will tell everyone never to go there again!

The man that put my tips on was very good at what he does. He was on the phone with someone the entire time so I felt out of place And very uncomfortable because there was no conversation. I tried to say hello to his wife but she kind of ignored me.There was a big screen TV so at least I got to watch CNN, lol. I would recommend this place because of their talent and the short amount of time it takes them to do such a nice job. I will definitely go back to this place and I will just have to learn to deal with not having a conversation and watching a channel that I don’t like to watch.

I have been seeing my previous nail tech for 7 years and religiously getting my nails done every 3 weeks so I was dreading finding someone new. I have been seeing my previous nail tech for 7 years and religiously getting my nails done every 3 weeks so I was dreading finding someone new. Critical: Professionalism, QualityOne of the techs as well as the owner deemed me as a liar saying I did not say I needed a soak off as well as a full set. The tech was extremely unprofessional and had a tantrum-like fit. The owner then aggressively and reluctantly did my nails, horribly. The application was uneven, I asked for tapered square but I guess she doesn’t know shape as I had to go home and shape them myself. They were also very thick. She rushed my nails and neglected any proper nail care. She didn’t push my cuticles back or cut them. Honestly just a horrid experience overall. One of the techs as well as the owner deemed me as a liar saying I did not say I needed a soak off as well as a full set. The tech was extremely unprofessional and had a tantrum-like fit. The owner then aggressively and reluctantly did my nails, horribly. Tina and Tony are true nail artists! My daughter and I have been coming for almost 2 years and we adore them!!!!! They are THE best and THE only place to go for nails and pedicures!!!! The message chairs for the pedi’s are divine!!!!!! This is your must go to nail salon!
