Critical: Qualityi love my manicure, came out so nice. But when I went to go to a full set , the nail polish is bumpy and lumpy , she put nail glue all over my fingers, and she cut me two times and filed my skin and she couldn’t even get my shape right. It was so awkward too, I left her a 10 dollar tip because I’m nice …no thank you or anything.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWHAT IS THE RUSH? They move so fast, so they don’t do a good job. Their tools are not properly washed, they rinse it in the same water they used for the last person. My girls got acrylic sets, when I walked in I specifically said no gel. I sat down with one of them and the tech asked her FOUR times , any time I looked distracted. I kept saying no and finally she did her nails with regular polish but not without hurting her 7 times. The other tech used gel on my other kid and when I asked him why he did that after I said no gel, he stood up and walked away- never came back. Another man who was charging me, told me the girls said yes to gel. I asked him why they were asked if I said no multiple times? He had no answer, he finally just said to pay regular price. As soon as the tech who helped my first daughter finished she told her to go, with wet nails. Please don’t come here if you’d like to have a relaxing day. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityMy two experiences:I asked my nail tech to please put a diamond on one of my gel nails and she said NO because it doesn’t look nice. I didn’t ask for the input thats just what I wanted! She just did NOT want to the work but sure expected a tip at the end. The equipment looked dirty too, they do NOT sterilize anything.I asked my nail tech for gel french tip and it looked like my little sister did it bcuz they were that UGLY.
