Critical: Quality, ValueI got an acrylic set not even two weeks ago and three nails have already fallen clean off. Usually I wouldn’t write bad reviews but I was already upset about how I asked for Coffin shape and got square and I was over charged. I have gotten my nails done many times before. I know how to treat them so they don’t break. This was poor application. I got an acrylic set not even two weeks ago and three nails have already fallen clean off. Usually I wouldn’t write bad reviews but I was already upset about how I asked for Coffin shape and got square and I was over charged. I have gotten my nails done many times before. I know how to treat them so they don’t break. This was poor application. I loved the colors and I wasn’t so upset with the customer service but I am frustrated now.

Went here with my sister in law and mother in law loved it. They were super friendly and did a wonderful job on all or nails. They paid attention to the details and were very friendly. They prices were perfect as well I will definitely go back and suggest them to others as well.

Worst fill ever lumps and bumps, the nail polish is fading and chiping. After I realized that some of the fills looked messed up I went to have them fixed. She didn’t not apologize just was very quiet and still rushed through my nails like she had something better to do. They were not even busy.my fills still. Look horrible. Went there and the staff was nice, but the girl bounced back and forth between me and my friend. We went in for fills. Worst fill ever lumps and bumps, the nail polish is fading and chiping. After I realized that some of the fills looked messed up I went to have them fixed. She didn’t not apologize just was very quiet and still rushed through my nails like she had something better to do. I just got finished getting a fill…I had sparkle pink powder done at my last place and I was looking for somewhere closer to get the fill. She didn’t have a sparkle pink powder, so she made one on the spot! Very good job and friendly. They weren’t very talkative but still friendly!

They did a great job, the girls were super nice and friendly, had fun talking to them. Easy in and out. Lots of different options from gels to tips, nail art and more. The nail technician listened to what I was looking for as I’m new to getting my nails done. Everything was clean and they were on top of the best way to do things and the newest trends.
