they didn’t know how to do the simple nail design I wanted. they didn’t put enough base gel polish, I can see through my nails if i wanted jelly nails i would’ve asked. They were so rough throwing my hands and tapping the table to get me to put my hands on the table. the lady seemed annoyed by my presence, but chatted with two white women and were joking. they needed me in and out by their speed. They had the damn nerve to charge 45 dollars, that could buy a full set. they’re scamming people SMH

The male nail technician cut my natural nails off after I asked him not to and he said he understood I wanted to keep them. After explaining to him that the fill he was doing was not even covering my nails, he continued to keep doing what he was doing after numerous attempts to make him understand he was not doing right. He then cut three of my fingers while poorly shaping my nails. This was the worst nail salon I have been to and that man has no business being a nail tech.
