I saw that the TSM salon was open a little later than most so I decided to give it a try. Melissa was quick to answer my call and was very accommodating with making an appointment that would work for me. Mel did an amazing job with my hair. She was super friendly, informative, and professional. I have never felt so spoiled and pampered while getting a haircut. Mel has such a kindhearted, warm and soothing presence. And to top it off, she is amazing at and incredibly knowledgeable about her profession. I highly recommend this salon!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Hands down most traumatic and overall worst experience of my life. Horrific customer service, scheduled an appointment for hair and makeup for my prom in advance and confirmed this appointment for 225 in total, just for them to cancel last minute the next day. Keep in mind that the morning of my appointment, they contacted me confirming our appointment multiple times, just to ghost me for the whole rest of the day and let me know they 30 minutes after they were supposed to come. After this horrible experience they proceeded to give me an aggressive “apology” and even stated “That’s just how business works.” I still never got that refund either….
