She quoted me for about 6 hours max… I was there almost 10. If she had been hardworking pushing through with maybe only a couple breaks here and there it would of been absolutely fine and understandable, but she took a half hour break every 5 braids if that. She took a total of 3 hours just taking breaks..the entire time she was yelling at her daughter which made for a very uncomfortable situation. I wasted my only day off thinking I would have plenty of time for my other appointments. On top of it scheduling an appointment with someone normally means they have your full attention and don’t attend to other clients…that wasn’t the case, she had a potential client come in for a quote. I paid for a luxury service and expected to at least have a nice style. Instead I left feeling like a hot mess…embarrassed to even go out for dinner…20 pounds worth of fake hair. Overall I spent about 200 dollars for what I believed would be salon quality..She’s very friendly in general, but I have friends I could’ve spent time with without wasting 200 bucks. I also feel like she could’ve been more thorough with making sure the customer was content, she didn’t even ask me how i wanted my hair parted till it was too late.
