They need to do a better job at time management for the customers that schedule an appointment in advance. This is the 3rd time I’ve scheduled an appointment in advance and they’ve not honored my time. I can understand running a few minutes late but 30-45 minutes is unacceptable.

Critical: QualityI went in to get a new set of acrylics and instead of soaking off my old one they ripped them off with this card looking thing, taking the tip of one of my real nails with it. I’m not sure on the requirements for taking nails off, but that didn’t seem right. And when I tired to soak them off at home (because I didn’t want my nail to be ripped off again) they didn’t soak off like a normal acrylic. And yes I did use the right acetone. It was very sticky. leading me to believe that it was mma.(if you don’t know what it is look it up) I’m not 100% sure if it was though. Here is the image of how sticky it was for proof. (ik it is blurry). And an image of what they looked like. Against my better judgment I went in for a manicure.. about 2 hours before close.. I was asked to pick my color and I sat down.. I was never told how long the wait would be, so I asked how long the wait would be.. The lady who was sitting at the front table so rudely told me if I can’t wait I can leave.. My initial thought was to snap but I held my tongue.. My whole point of asking was to know so I could make that conclusion, if I wanted to wait or not.. But again it’s expected.. I usually get my pedicures done here but not again.. The lady was rude as hell and looking back I definitely should’ve snapped.! I wouldn’t spend a penny in this place if it was my last resort..
