I had a great experience at my appointment today! I had never been here before and rarely ever get my nails done, as I tend to bite my nails. But I was looking to switch it up. One of the students did my nails and they came out better than I could have expected and I’m loving them. The owner was very nice. She was also very diligent when it came to checking in with her student throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the outcome from today! I highly recommend!

I was here two weeks ago for a gel manicure and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience. Even worse, I took the time to email the owner with pictures to make her aware as I felt this was more helpful to her business than posting a bad review for everyone to see. It is disappointing she couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge my email with any sort of response. To me this is worse than having a bad experience as the owner doesn’t care and isn’t worried about correcting things for future patrons. I’m sure there are staff working there who are indeed talented and I hate to cast a bad light over everyone. In short, my technician was not trained properly and was not even knowledgeable when I questioned her process based on past experiences I have had with manicures. After two long hours, I left with a manicure that looked like it had grown out for two weeks as she didn’t take care of my cuticles first. She also did not know how to use the dremmel tool and it went off my nail twice. I wanted gemstones and she didn’t install them properly so they both fell off within two days. I had to spend time and money having my nails re done properly somewhere else within 5 days of being there. If you are looking to choose a salon in that area I would skip this one as newer staff are clearly not trained or supervised properly to learn from their mistakes. Owners need to care enough to listen to legitimate feedback and be respectful of people who choose to spend hard earned money with them – there are lots of choices.

My granddaughter loved her gel manicure. It was really done well, she got the color she wanted . Unfortunately I needed to have solar nails taken off I were done by two other girls and they were just terrible! The gal that did my nails was new, but Tina oversaw what she was doing. I told her I don’t like the drill when it hurts so she was being gentle and in between they soak it in acetone. The girl was very gentle, but it took over an hour to get the stuff off. When she was done I had white marks and divots in my nails! She did paint them but they looked sad. As a matter of fact it is almost 6 weeks and I still have divots! The white marks have come to the top and I just keep chopping down my nails. I went to norwin nails and I asked the gentleman about getting my nails done. He said not to do anything to them till they grow out because The nails won’t heal if you put anything on it and it just grow it out. I appreciated the advice. At t’s nails they wanted to put gel or something else on it. Thank goodness I just said a manicure! I know they were taking off old stuff that they didn’t do., But I bet I could have been done better without abusing my nails so much. I’d show you a picture but I don’t know how. They did a great job on my pedicure I still have color on my nails! It was really good and I think they could do well if they were doing it all on their own. My granddaughter’s jail lasted one day. She picked at it and it came off very easily. What do you do with 10-year-olds they like to chomp on their nails? Keep getting them painted and hope for the best! Lol. I would recommend t’s nails and spa, they are very accommodating. I have to wait a while before I go back and try this again. I’m willing to try gel because I don’t think it would be as damaging. But I really like acrylic. Just a rounded French manicure would be lovely! We’ll see how that goes. So that’s why you got a mixed message from me. I don’t even know if you’re going to read the whole thing but that’s okay have a blessed day!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had ever getting my nails done. I took my 12 year old daughter for her first acrylics and her first pedicure.. they were absolutely amazing with her and gave her the best experience she could have had for her first time. The owner is very personable, friendly and gentle. The lady who sits right next to her (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names!!! But I will definitely the next time we come back!!!) was also very friendly, nice and gentle.. she also did my daughters pedicure, which my daughter Loved!! I highly recommend this Nail salon and Spa to everyone, adults and kids!!! Thank you so much T’s Nails and Spa!! I took my 12 year old daughter for her first acrylics and her first pedicure.. they were absolutely amazing with her and gave her the best experience she could have had for her first time. The owner is very personable, friendly and gentle. The lady who sits right next to her (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names!!! Paid $35 for a pedicure.. the guy rushed through it then tried to paint my toes with no massage …got a massage because I questioned him yet it was included in the price?!?

I haven’t had a good pedicure in a real long time. Like in a few years long time. I kept seeing recommendations for T’s so I decided to give them a try. I’m really happy I did. I had a 2:30 appointment and I was a few minutes early. I was told to pick my color and I expected to wait. No. I was promptly taken and had the sweetest lady. I didn’t get her name, she may have told me and I’m already half deaf and these masks don’t help. She was so good and my toenails are happy again. I will definitely go back.
