My gel manicure was beautiful right after they had finished, although they didn’t do any cuticle care, didn’t push them back or cut them or put any oil on them. I loved the color and the way they turned out, but they only lasted 3 days before they started chipping and the polish started peeling off. Very cost friendly place, but you do get what you pay for. Very nice workers!

Misunderstood my request for my acrylic to not look like my nails were already partially grew out and put the acrylic on top of my cuticle instead and then didn’t sand it down because of that. So my nails had big dips in them and when asked to fix it they told me to leave and said not to come back because I am too picky. All of that IN FRONT OF ALL OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. Not privately or quietly. On top of this, tried gossiping about other customers to me and admitted to me that her sister was lying to a customer about being closed for a week so they didn’t have to do her nails.

Don’t like leaving negative reviews but I think our hard working community should know where they’re spending their money. Went here many times…thought these folks were super friendly and just real nice people…did a pretty good job UNTIL the last time I went in. Hubby picked me up and said, “Let me see” as he always did, showed me “tiny little bubbles” all over my nails. I couldn’t even see it in the shop because the lighting is not great. Went back in to ask the owner, who always did my nails, to take a look, she starts yelling in another language, points to the man (her brother in law) behind her, then turns away to ignore me. Man starts working on my nails covered in the bubbles…almost AN HOUR LATER he was done fixing whatever caused the issue. I thanked them, gave ANOTHER TIP and got ZERO response from the owner. Called a few times for my appointment as I always had, and was told “all booked up” walked in a few times and was told “sorry, all booked up” when there was NOBODY IN THE SHOP! I then remembered being there several times when other folks would walk in or call and the owner would smile and say “sorry, all booked up” then she’d laugh and tell me that person was “too picky” so she didn’t want to help them. “They go somewhere else” she would say while she laughed. I never understood how you could be “too picky” Well, I’m going somewhere else now, too!! It’s a sad world we live in when you should be afraid to ask to have a business owner fix an issue THEY CAUSED for fear you won’t be helped next time you attempt to use their service. Good luck!
