I honestly believe that Teresia is a therapist of distinction! I have been building muscle by working out at the gym, for 2 years now. A few weeks ago I pushed a bit too far beyond my limits and was stuck with an annoying back pain that kept shooting into the right side of my neck. After sitting with this pain for 3 days the pain became unbearable. I found T’s Ineffable Touch, and after just one full body session the pain was gone. I appreciate how she takes the time to observe your structure and posture and then customize her maneuvers and exercise recommendations accordingly. She’s also really invested in how you are feeling, and has checked in on me several times after sessions. One exceptional aspect is the in-home service option, which is great for those with less mobility (e.g., your aging friend/family member who would love a gift certificate :)). I found the Somassage to be more satisfying than the standard rubdown, but you can’t go wrong.
