They do a great job, and the salon is clean. This is not a place to go for a quick pedicure. They are longer than most, due to the steps they perform, which is great but you do have to allow more time. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I make my appointments online (which is great and easy) BUT it doesn’t matter. Every single time I have to wait 20-30 minutes past my appointment time to start. Don’t have appointments if you can’t stick to a schedule. This long wait, when you’ve made an appointment, makes an already long expereven longer. I don’t always have 2+ hours to spend on a pedicure.

The absolute worst place I have ever recieved a pedicure. The polish was everywhere on my feet, my nails are missing polish and blochey, charged me $48 and I couldn’t even get a design or a decent polish job done on my toes. Never offered a beverage but they did to everyone else. Very disappointed with the service and quality of pedicure. Won’t be back.

The owner of the salon does a fantastic job doing nails. She is very detailed and takes her time. Her prices are reasonable and you can tell she has a heart for what she does. Her co-workers also do a great job with other services. Making appointment on FB is very easy and user friendly. Most of the time you get your service immediately following your appointment time. Other places usually make you wait. I’ve been going to this location for years and also when it was owned by someone else. It’s a good spot, and service is good.

I have been to a lot of places, and this has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had. My nails look absolutely incredible, she took her time and it shows. I have been to a lot of places, and this has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had. My nails look absolutely incredible, she took her time and it shows. I went to Truly Nails with a 6 person bridal party. I booked the appointment through Google and they responded right away. I also got another message the day of to confirm my appointment. We were offered wine and they gave the bride a gift! The nexts day they sent me another message thanking us for coming in. The service was great and we all loved our nails.
