I had an appt and still had to wait over 30 minutes- the technician was very sweet but extremely slow. For a standard pedicure and gel manicure, I was at the appt for over 2.5 hours. Three days later, the gel on my fingernails started chipping off and my nails are breaking. Also, they have very limited gel colors to choose from. For the above average cost the salon charges, definitely lack in quality and experienced staff. Would not recommend.

Did not enjoy my experience here. There was no website to make an appointment, so I had to call. I verified several times it was for 2 people- but when I got there they said they only had time for one of us. The workers weren’t very polite or helpful when I asked questions. My nails look fine, but I would prefer to go somewhere with better customer service.

Always great service. Hannah has been my go-to person but only because she was the first person I was booked with when I tried the salon. She was excellent then, and she’s excellent now. The other techs seem to keep pretty busy too. I also like that they can usually fit me in on short notice.
