Positive: QualityAMAZING!!!!!!!!Ellie is just the person you are looking for!!!!! I went in for extensions, this is a first time experience I will NEVER forget!!!! First I spoke over the phone with Ellie, she asked me all the right questions, took her time in her busy schedule to find out what I needed, and to supply me with her own brand of extensions!!!! When I arrived for my appointment I felt very welcomed and excited!!! My hair is super thin (cause from genetics) I used to feel confident with my hair, that was until over the years it gradually kept falling. Not only did she do a great and fast job adding the BEAUTIFUL extensions, she gave me more than happiness and the confidence I have once again regained! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently just moved to Florida from out of state- I have blonde curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who listens to what you want/who also knows how to handle and care for curly hair. Shakirah beat my expectations! She listened to exactly what I wanted- (silver/ashy blonde) and she knew how to EXACTLY dry my curls without making them frizzy- which I’ve had some problems in the past finding a stylist who also know how to care for curly hair. I highly, highly recommend Shakirah for your hair needs and especially so if you’re blonde or you have curly hair as well. Not only did Shakirah and the owner Ellie make me feel comfortable, they were both so personal and fun to talk to! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful- the white and hot pink aesthetic is honestly what drew me in- but the service and the quality of products/their care will have me coming back! I recently just moved to Florida from out of state- I have blonde curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who listens to what you want/who also knows how to handle and care for curly hair. Shakirah beat my expectations! My experience at TrueHair Miami was nothing short of AMAZING! I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. My stylist was Shakirah and let me tell you, she TRANSFORMED my (natural curly) hair. She does an amazing blow out. But wait, she gave me champagne while getting my hair done! That’s the way to my heart lol. I also had the chance to meet the owner Ellie. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI loved Truehair salon and Ellie was so professional and friendly she did my hair exactly how I wanted I loved the color and the style and I am very picky with my hair but I loved the way she did it. The salon was extremely clean and she was always cleaning everything after she used it, they take your temperature when you first go in and they wear mask, gloves and apron during the whole process, overall I felt safe and had a great experience.
