We sat down and discussed what I was looking to do – but it was the most comfortable experience ever. So comfortable I kept coming back. There had been tough times in my life- where it came to the point where I had literally clumps and chunks of hair falling out. And Becca came to the rescue and found a solution so that it wouldn’t appear as horrible as it was. She even gave me Information on who I could go to for help (special doctor)I love Becca and her work. I’ve referred multiple family members to her because she does such an amazing job. I’ve been coming to True salon now for about 3.5 years! When I first came I met Becca and she was the most friendliest person ever. We sat down and discussed what I was looking to do – but it was the most comfortable experience ever. So comfortable I kept coming back. My first experience at True Salon was more than 5 stars!!! My husband and I got amazing haircuts from Melissa. She was so helpful, energetic, personable and patient with us and our 4 year-old son. My husband got one of the best haircuts of his life along with a great beard trim. She managed to listen to all of our requests while making us feel so comfortable. The products she recommended were right on point. The entire staff was in such a positive mood that it set the mood for an awesome week. My Venetian spray tan came out phenomenal also. I have had my hair done by Geysha, I was referred by a friend. During our consultations she listened to everything I wanted and what I was concerned about. She is beyond talented, and always gave me EXACTLY what I wanted while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She just knows what she’s doing point blank, my hair has never been in better shape. Besides her being talented, she is so kind and professional. All the salon’s employees are very friendly and laid back. I drive from outside of Philadelphia, 50 mins to come here, and it’s totally worth the trip!

Usually I go to cara, but I was getting my hair done for a MAJOR discount where I worked and stopped going to her for a couple of years. I decided to go back to her to do my platinum/creamy beige blonde full highlight and she nailed it! I was in a very important video the next day and I could not have been more happy! I showed her pictures and My hair came out the exact same! Her technique is amazing and she’s quick! Her pricing is super reasonable for the work she does I highly recommend cara! She’s a hard worker and super dedicated to her job. You won’t leave disappointed!

First visit to true. My stylist was Geysha. The first impression of the salon was it’s a girl’s place. I’m a guy but the staff made me feel welcome anyway. Geysha was a fun conversation as well as a great technical haircut. She knocked it out of the park on the first try. She is well skilled and certainly knows what she’s doing! Great place to go to look good again. Absolutely 5 stars!

My hair stylist Lia did an amazing job. I was meeting family from out of state and was in a hurry. She washed, cut, and blow dried my hair in 30 min and it looked awesome. She even showed me the technique she used with the roll brush and blow drier so I could try to do it at home. The salon was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and worked as a team so there was a minimal wait time. The salon is a bit pricey compared to other salons in the area, but you get what you pay for. It was well worth the price in my opinion because it’s stylish, comfortable, and clients are treated great. I will only use Lia because she did such a good job on my hair, and this is now my go to hair salon. If you refer a friend, you both get $10 off for new clients. The one bad review I read must have confused this salon with the hair cuttery perhaps lol. Bottom line, if you want a nice cut go here or take a chance, save and go somewhere else and you’ll see why this salon is the best.
