Positive: QualityThe salon is always clean and tidy. Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. My hairstylist is superb and considers my desires over everything else. If my wishes aren’t the best thought out she still makes my hair look fantastic.Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismThey cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before saying the prior customer wanted additional services. Which is unethical and un- professional. They are not even apologetic for doing so. She is personable, professional, and really cares about how you feel and look when you leave.This was my first time at this location, and I found it to have a relaxed atmosphere, with a friendly vibe from the clients and staff. Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I didn’t even get a chance to visit because 1) my first appt was canceled last minute 1 hour before (stylist left the salon, which is fine, things happen). So I was rescheduled for a Sunday at 2pm and when I arrived the doors were locked and no one had answered the phone. I even got a text confirming my appt as well so I know it wasn’t my mistake. I waited around for 10 min and no one showed up. I drove all the way from the east bay as well. Total waste and extremely disappointed with this salon.This salon is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I didn’t even get a chance to visit because 1) my first appt was canceled last minute 1 hour before (stylist left the salon, which is fine, things happen).
