One of the most powerful ways relax and enjoy the journey within!! I have a very busy schedule and they’ve always been good at fitting me in and being flexible with me. Bad customer service, dead flies and bugs in lobby windows where you wait for your appointment. The paint in the rooms was not very well thought out as it is bubbling off the wall and about to peel. Hardly a clean or relaxing feel. I also ended up with an ear infection just after my visit that I had to go to urgent care for. I should have sorted by newest reviews to see this location has gone down hill since it has a new owner.

I visited the Powell location, and I was really impressed how beautiful the location is. It really does feel like entering a vacation spa, and I was really impressed at the kindness and courtesy of the staff. It feels like a VIP experience for sure. The pod rooms are really nice, very pretty and well-kept. Unfortunately, floating wasn’t compatible with my body for whatever reason, and I had to discontinue my float about 15 minutes in due to not feeling well. However, that’s a very “me” thing and I’m disappointed it’s the case, of course. Especially because it’s a cool experience otherwise. So don’t let that deter you! Feeling weightlessness is kind of mind-blowing, you know? I think everyone should at least try it once! If you’re going to try floating, I definitely do recommend True REST Powell.

I’ve visited the Powell location for floats a handful of times over the years.I hadn’t been in while and while my float was nice as always, I was extremely disappointed to see the place in disrepair. I took several photos of my pod/shower area, and plan to address this with mgmt as these floats are costly for customers. We should have the FULL spa experience, which includes aesthetics of the environment.

A great experience for my first time at a Float Spa! I was a bit nervous to try this, but the knowledgeable staff at True REST put me at ease with fully explaining what I should expect and how the process works. The facility is incredibly clean and offers everything you will need to prep before your float and to relax and reflect after. If you are curious about sensory deprivation and it’s benefits, or you use this therapy regularly; I highly recommend you try this place.

I contacted the company on May 28 regarding my membership cancellation. The response time was supposed to be 1-2 business days. It has been two weeks, and I have not received any response yet. I tried to call and leave a message for the management, however, the phone would hang up on me every time I tried doing that. Waiting 2 weeks for a response from a company about an important matter (it is not possible to cancel your membership at a location, which is strange and very inconvenient) is highly unprofessional and shows a very poor work ethic.
