Using 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salts, the buoyancy of the water makes floating on water feel like floating on air. Just went for my first ever float last night and it was super relaxing and enjoyable. The spa, including my pod and shower, was super clean. The decor was very zen and inviting. I highly recommend True Rest in Ocean! The owner Scott was very helpful and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back tonight!

What a great experience! Very relaxing and peaceful. The facilities are clean and comforting with zen decor and Scott the owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the entire float experience. There is also a very inviting room to relax in after the float, complete with comfortable chairs and hot tea readily available. I highly recommend this to experienced floaters as well as novices like myself!

This place was awesome! The owner Scott was super welcoming and explained everything perfect. For our first time floating it exceeded what I had in mind. Floating for the first time was a great experience. It helped relief my neck and sciatic pain quickly. I could just feel how beneficial the epsom salt was. What an incredible experience so close to us! We’ve traveled down to the Brick location for years and just discovered the Ocean location where the Oasis room is heavenly…. A whole room surrounded with Himalayan salt bricks creates a warm, mellow, super welcoming & comfortable mood. What an amazing ZEN creation amidst the activity of a busy area. They’ve established a veritable Deluxe Retreat within walking distance of Asbury Park, NJ. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to try this place and when I had called to make my appointment I had asked if there was an introductory price for those trying it for the first time, the receptionist I spoke to said it was ‘free’ for first time customers. Not only was it NOT FREE, they forgot to mention it was ONLY ‘free’ for those who would purchase a membership and would only be charged the membership fee. So I ended up paying for a single session. Not a big deal, but that should have been communicated. Please be more transparent when new people are inquiring about your services. Thanks!

My first float experience was amazing. I was referred to this location by my chiropractor. I am a physician and often experience spasms of my back after performing surgery. The owner is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The facility is pristine. They provide everything that you need. Afterwards I felt renewed, relaxed and energized. The back spasms were relieved and the comfort lasted. My skin felt soft. I noticed a burn on my finger that had not healed in 3 weeks, began to heal that night and was finished healing in 3 days.
