I came to True Peace Nail Lounge for the first time today. They are all so sweet and helpful. The place is very clean and new. Madison did my milky spa pedicure and it was so relaxing. I am very pleased and will definitely be coming back. It is great to see a new business in Rocky Point. Pedicure

Really lovely looking place, decorated so nice and has a lot that they offer in terms of their services. I won’t mention names but it was a really painful and disappointing experience, even after I had discussed with the nail tech how I hadn’t got my nails done in over a year because I couldn’t find a nice place and would get cut up, I ended up getting cut up and a terrible gel acrylic set for almost 70$ and tip. My cuticles are so red and sore and I have two open cuts that made me bleed that they used their tools on, not sure who or what they were used on prior, the nails are chunky, bubbly and transparent, and the insides were not filed so I have chunks of acrylic on the inside of my nail, even gel polish that was left on my fingers. Will not be going back so I figured I’d at least give warning to whoever tries to go next. God bless.

Started coming here about 4 months ago. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Madison does excellent work with nails. Massages are amazing as well. Glad I found True Peace nail lounge.

I had gotten my nails done at their old location and wasn’t happy with my manicure, but I wanted to go back and Elisha was more than accommodating. She deeply apologized and offered me a discount on my next service-which I was able to have the same day! Veronica did an amazing job and we chatted the whole time I was in her chair. I had gotten my nails done at their old location and wasn’t happy with my manicure, but I wanted to go back and Elisha was more than accommodating. Wow! I started with a milky spa pedicure. I was greeted with a hot neck wrap and offered coffee. It was the best massaging chair I have ever sat in! The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt like I was in a spa. The leg massage was heavenly and the polish was perfection! On to my manicure. Rachel offered me more color choices and options and helped me choose the perfect color and glitter combination to make me smile. This place was so unbelievably AMAZING!!!! I already booked my next visit and am counting the days!

After trying a million places we’ve (my daughter and I) finally found our nail heaven!! The staff made you feel like friends, the nails look amazing! I wish I would’ve taken a before picture, my daughter showed a photo and FINALLY got exactly what she wanted, despite the fact that her nails had to be corrected and re-shaped. This was my first time at this salon and I am very satisfied that I decided to go here for my nails. Being new to the neighborhood I was a bit nervous to try some where new, but Rachel and her staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and courteous. I was beyond impressed with the massage by Agata because she incorporates mobility and stretching as well as lymphatic drainage. She is so knowledgeable and educational, teaching how to relieve tension in your tight muscle areas because she wants the feel-good effects to be long-lasting. She is also such a genuinely sweet person. Truly a hidden gem, I highly recommend you get a massage or facial with Agata in this salon!

I feel awful having to write this review bc Im just not the type of person to want to say anything bad about someone’s business but I had a TERRIBLE experience at this salon. I’m from out of town so I decided to make a reservation based on their “4.7 star” rating. I made an appointment, but still waited almost 45 minutes with a few other women who were also waiting 30+ min for their scheduled appointment. Not once did anyone acknowledge the wait, or our presence for that matter. I was shuffled between 2 different manicurists and almost felt as though I was a burden to them. When all was said and done, I walked out with a gel manicure that is already peeling (the manicure is less than 24 hours old). I have 2 toddlers and this is the only solace I get every other month- I was more stressed at this salon than I am at home with the kids! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because before I left I was offered a $5 off next visit. Too bad I will not ever be back to redeem it.
